Healthy Lifestyle Can Help Men Avoid or Reduce ED
The number of cases of erectile dysfunction is increasing day by day among men. Even young men below 30 are facing this problem. And no other cause is responsible for ED in them except their sedentary lifestyle. Your lifestyle has direct impact on your sex life! This you have to believe and if you don’t you will end up with a weak penis and low libido having problems in your normal sexual life.
ED can be easily treated with medicines. But dependency on medicine from an early age of your life is not a good symptom. Old age people can have the habit of taking medicines because they usually have sex once or twice in a week. But young people are more to love making and may need to make love almost 5-6 times a week. In few cases the frequency is more. So if you are to make love six times a week taking Viagra, you would really put your health at great risk. Because doctors too believe that though Viagra is a good and effective medicine for ED, but too much of dosage and that too from an early age is not good for health.

- Avoid smoking: Smoking is one of the prime causes to cause ED in young men. Smoking cause formation of plagues in your blood veins and arteries which eventually reduce blood flow to penile area. Erection is metabolically related to blood flow. Once you quit smoking, plague level in blood arteries reduce naturally and your blood flow improves to provide a hard erection.
- Avoid taking elements like marijuana, cocaine, heroin and other such drugs. They are very much responsible for causing ED in young men. Withdrawing from such substances can really play a good part in reducing ED.
- Weight is another factor which can cause ED: If you are overweight, decrease your level of weight as soon as possible before it causes serious ED complications. It also reduces your stamina and you fail to perform on bed like a wild beast!
- Avoid consumption of alcohol: In case of alcohol, you don’t have to quit it forever; only you have to reduce the amount of intake.
